Earlier it was 2 Amber followed by 4 white but after performing rtc reset as advised by the dell support it changes to 5 white. The code lookup tells me it is invalid memory installed, When I first got the laptop it was blinking 2 amber and 4 white, so I swapped out the dimm to no avail and it started blinking the 2 and 5 I always assumed the problem was related to all of the software updates pushed by my company so it's interesting to see others are having this issue at.
